Instructions
  1. Boil water with salt and 3 dill stems. Place the fish in the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Take out the fish and let it cool down.
  2. Melt 30 g of butter in a pan, add flour and milk while stirring and a bit of salt. Stir until béchamel is formed. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
  3. Peel and dice the apples. Finely cut up the rest of the dill
  4. Whisk the remaining butter with bechamel in a bowl using a hand mixer, add apples, and dill. Mix and add the fish seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mix everything and let it cool in the fridge.

  2. Cook soaked lentils, broth, and spices. When the lentils are semi-soft, grate the carrots and add to the soup.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the butter, add chopped onion and sauté until golden.
  4. Then add flour and keep stirring for a minute or two.
  5. Put the mixture to the soup, cook briefly and season with lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley.

  1. Mix everything except the apples into a smooth dough.
  2. Prepare the crumbs and cut the apples into slices.
  3. Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour and put half of the crumbs on the bottom. Place half of the apple slices on top, then pour all the dough in. Now place the rest of the apples on top of the dough and the remaining crumbs go on top of the apples.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 - 60 minutes.

  2. Bake in greased and floured cake pan.
  3. Mix milk and pudding powder, cook, then let cool down stirring occasionally.
  4. Cream butter with sugar, slowly mix in pudding adding only bit at a time.
  5. Let the fresh cranberries boil over with sugar and bit of water. Let cool down.
  6. Split the cake in half. Spread filling, sprinkle with sliced almonds, decorate with fruit. Repeat on top layer.

Instructions
  1. In larger pot half filled with water put peeled and cubed potatoes, sliced mushrooms,
    caraway seeds, salt. Bring to boil and cook until halfway done.

  2. In a cup mix bit of water, cream and flour. Mix until smooth. Pour into soup stirring
    thoroughly. Boil over.

  3. Add chopped dill. Vinegar, pepper and salt to taste.

Poached egg (prepare in separate pot)
  1. Add bit of vinegar into lightly salted water, bring to boil. Crack an egg into a ladel,
    dunk in the boiling water and boil about 5 min so the yolk stays intact inside the white.
    Dip in cold water to set.

  2. Serve soup with poached egg, top with dill.

  2. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Separate the broccoli florets and steam them by flushing them with boiling water.
Sauce:
  1. Melt the butter, dust with flower and sear.
  2. Pour in milk and mix well, making smooth cream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cheese and broccoli.
  4. Grease baking dish.
  5. Put layer of potatoes, then fish, top with another potatoes layer and pour sauce over everything.
  6. Bake 30-45 min at 190 C.

  2. Grease and flour cake pan.

  4. Remove from oven, layer with fruit, pour pudding over and sprinkle leftover crumbs on top.
  5. Bake about 10 min, pour heavy whipping cream over and bake additional 10 min.
  6. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
