- 500 g potatoes cooked in skin
- 500 g fish fillets
- 1 pcs broccoli head
- 100 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- salt, pepper
- lemon juice
- handful parsley chopped
- 100 g cheese grated

Instructions
- Slice the potatoes.
- Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Separate the broccoli florets and steam them by flushing them with boiling water.
Sauce:
- Melt the butter, dust with flower and sear.
- Pour in milk and mix well, making smooth cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cheese and broccoli.
- Grease baking dish.
- Put layer of potatoes, then fish, top with another potatoes layer and pour sauce over everything.
- Bake 30-45 min at 190 C.
