Ingredients
- 1 box of tofu (tofu can be replaced with chicken)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 head white cabbage
- 1 red pepper
- 1 leek
- 1 teaspoon round ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- soy sauce as needed
- 100 ml white wine for cooking or water
- Himalayan salt

Instructions
- Cut the onion and leek into small pieces, cabbage into strips and the red pepper into squares.
- Let the tofu drip and dry. Cut into cubes and let marinate in soy sauce for a few minutes.
- Into a large Wok pan, fry the tofu on all sides.
- Take it out of the pan and keep it some place warm. Sauté the finely chopped onion in the same (unwashed) pan, add cabbage, leek and after a while also pepper and fry everything for a while. Season with ginger. Drizzle with wine or water, cover and simmer until soft. At the end, thicken the vegetables with cornstarch (maizena) and season with salt.
- Put back the tofu and serve with rice.
