  1. Dough: Mix all ingredients except for the sour cream. Add it only if needed. Split the dough in half and keep one half in the fridge and the other in the freezer.
  2. Filling: Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Take the dough out of the fridge.
  4. Grease the baking pan (10”x14”) and sprinkle it with all purpose flour.
  5. Spread the dough onto the pan.
  6. Layer the filling on top of the dough.
  7. Take the other dough out of the freezer and grate it against the large slicing holes on your grater. Sprinkle the grated dough over the filling.
  8. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven (400° F) and bake it for about 20-30 mins.
  9. Keep checking on it until done.

Instructions
  1. Mix yeast, spoon of sugar and bit of milk and let rise.

  2. Mix Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, melted butter and milk, kneed dough, cover and let rise in warm place.

  3. Roll out into a rectangle.

  4. Grate peeled apples and ginger-breads.

  5. Mix with cocoa powder and butter, spread on dough.

  6. Roll up and place in greased and floured bundt cake form

  7. Let rise few minutes then bake about hour at 160 C.

3 tbs cocoa powder Rum (as needed)

Form dough. Make small balls, roll them in powdered sugar and press into beehive molds. Make a hole using the handle of wooden spoon, pour in filling, close with wafer. Chill.
