Ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats (use gluten free oats for gluten free granola)
- 8 tablespoons coconut oil
- 8 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 or 1.5 cup pumpkin seeds, cut up almonds or any other nuts
- 1 tspoon salt
- 1/2 tspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and spread on a rimmed baking sheet lined with a parchment paper. Bake at 350*F for 12 mins, take it out, mix it and bake for another 12 mins. Let it cool completely.
- Then add any dried fruit: banana chips, papaya, pineapple, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, raisins, grated coconut....
