Instructions
  1. Slice the potatoes.
  2. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Separate the broccoli florets and steam them by flushing them with boiling water.
Sauce:
  1. Melt the butter, dust with flower and sear.
  2. Pour in milk and mix well, making smooth cream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cheese and broccoli.
  4. Grease baking dish.
  5. Put layer of potatoes, then fish, top with another potatoes layer and pour sauce over everything.
  6. Bake 30-45 min at 190 C.

Instructions
  1. In a large pot boil stock, broccoli, onion, garlic and carrots until vegetables are halfway done.

  2. Melt butter in small pan, add flour and cook until golden.
  3. Add to soup while constantly stirring to prevent clumps.
  4. Add whipping cream and cheeses, season to taste, cook 5 more minutes.

  1. In food processor crush crackers.
  2. Pour in vanilla extract and butter and work it in by hand.
  3. Transfer into greased cake pan and press tightly on the bottom.
  4. Bake 10 min at 160 C.
Filling:
  1. In a bowl beat filling ingredience until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour onto a crust and bake about 30 min.
  3. Let cool and top with fruit.

  2. Mix Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, melted butter and milk, kneed dough, cover and let rise in warm place.
  3. Roll out into a rectangle.
  4. Grate peeled apples and ginger-breads.
  5. Mix with cocoa powder and butter, spread on dough.
  6. Roll up and place in greased and floured bundt cake form
  7. Let rise few minutes then bake about hour at 160 C.

  2. Then add cubed peppers and pressed garlic
  3. Cook on high for about 5 min, dust with flour, paprika, mix well.
  4. Pour stock over and let cook until everything is tender.
  5. Add corn.
  6. Mix tomato paste with tomato sauce and pour into the soup
  7. Flavor with salt, pepper, chopped basil and cook for few minutes.
  8. Garnish with sour cream and more basil.
