Ingredients
- 150 g spelt flour
- 100 g grated coconut
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas (plus 1 for decoration)
- 1 tsp. vannila essence
- 2 eggs
- 50 g coconut oil
- A handful of cup up walnuts
- 100 ml warm water

Instructions
- Grease the baking dish and sprinkle it with flour.
- Pour the mixture of ingredients in the dish.
- Slice up the fourth banana and cover the top of the dish with slices.
- Bake at 350F until done.
- Serve with maple syrup and slice of butter.
