Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 cucumber (long English)
- 3 small cans of tuna (in water) -Tuna can be replaced with chicken
- 1 red onion (smaller)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A bunch of fresh coriander
- a few drops of olive oil
- salt, pepper

Instructions
- Cut cucumber and avocados into larger pieces. Cut the red onion into thin strips. Strain the tuna. Cut the coriander. Mix everything in a bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
