1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp jam (raspberry, apricot…)
1/4 cup raspberries, blueberry ..(fruit).

Mix – fridge.
