800 grams farmer cheese (Ricotta)
1 cup semolina wheat
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp corn starch salt
Mix everything. Roll the dough into 1.5 inch big balls. Boil water with salt and dip the dumplings in. Mix carefully and cook for 10 mins. Cooked dumplings are served with melted butter, confectioners (powdered) sugar and by choice of : grounded nuts, cinnamon, mashed strawberries or any other fruit.
