250 g cream cheese or soft farmers cheese
200 g sugar
250 ml melted butter
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs cocoa powder
4 tbs milk
In large bowl beat yolks and sugar, add melted butter, vanilla. Slowly add cream cheese, then flour with baking powder.
Whip the whites and fold it in at the end. Pour bigger part into greased and floured bundt cake form, mix cocoa and
bit of milk into the rest. Pour in the pan, swirl with fork to create “marbling”. Cover with aluminum foil and bake about
1 hour at 160 C, uncover at the and and bake until nothing sticks when you insert toothpick in the middle.
