Instructions
  1. In larger pot half filled with water put peeled and cubed potatoes, sliced mushrooms, caraway seeds, salt. Bring to boil and cook until halfway done.
  2. In a cup mix bit of water, cream and flour. Mix until smooth. Pour into soup stirring thoroughly. Boil over.
  3. Add chopped dill. Vinegar, pepper and salt to taste.
Poached egg (prepare in separate pot)
  1. Add bit of vinegar into lightly salted water, bring to boil. Crack an egg into a ladel, dunk in the boiling water and boil about 5 min so the yolk stays intact inside the white. Dip in cold water to set.
  2. Serve soup with poached egg, top with dill.

Instructions
  1. In a large pot boil stock, broccoli, onion, garlic and carrots until vegetables are halfway done.

  2. Melt butter in small pan, add flour and cook until golden.
  3. Add to soup while constantly stirring to prevent clumps.
  4. Add whipping cream and cheeses, season to taste, cook 5 more minutes.

Instructions
  1. In big pot saute finely chopped onion until golden.
  2. Add cubed chicken, season and grill from all sides until tender.
  3. Add stock and 2 cans of drained and washed beans, pressed garlic.
  4. If you want thicker soup, thicken at this point by adding flour mixed with bit of water.
  5. In food processor mix last can of beans (washed and drained) with sour cream and whipping cream.
  6. Pour into the soup, cook shortly.
  7. Remove from heat, add chopped cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with shredded cheese on top.

Instructions
  1. Sautee onion, add sliced mushrooms.
  2. Then add cubed peppers and pressed garlic
  3. Cook on high for about 5 min, dust with flour, paprika, mix well.
  4. Pour stock over and let cook until everything is tender.
  5. Add corn.
  6. Mix tomato paste with tomato sauce and pour into the soup
  7. Flavor with salt, pepper, chopped basil and cook for few minutes.
  8. Garnish with sour cream and more basil.

3 fish fillets
1 onion
2 tbs lard or butter
stock ( as much as you want)
dash of caraway seed
250 ml heavy whipping cream
1 tbs flour
chopped parsley
salt, pepper
Sautee chopped onion, add fish. Lightly grill from both sides, sprinkle with caraway seed. Pour in stock, let boil until
meat is done. Mix flour in cream and add to soup. Coarsely grate everything with handheld mixer. Salt and pepper to taste,
garnish with parsley.

3-4 potatoes
100 g rice
2 tbs butter
1 onion
2 carrots
1 large pickle
bit of whipping cream
2 bouillon cubes
spices – 3 bay leaves, 6 whole peppercorns, 6 allspice
Cube potatoes and pickle. Coarsely ground the carrot. Saute finely chopped onion on butter, add rice, potatoes, pickle, carrot,
spices, bouillon and water. Cook until rice and potatoes are tender. Smooth with whipping cream.

3 l water
4 chicken thighs
4 carrots
1 onion
2 parsley roots
2-4 stalks of celery
bunch of fresh parsley
6 allspice, 6 whole peppercorns, salt

Chicken, spices, water cook in pressure cooker for 45 min. Remove meat and spices, put cubed vegetables in and cook until almost tender.

Dumplings:
3 tbs flour
1 egg
Water as needed to form a soft dough

With spoon form little dumplings and cook in soup for about 5 min. Pick meat of the bone, cut up and return to pot.
Garnish with fresh parsley.

Possible to serve with yeast dumplings.

YEAST DUMPLINGS:
1 small onion
2 tbs butter
2 cubes of fresh yeast ( possible to use instant dry)
3 tbs bread crumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper, marjoram

Saute onion, crumble yeast on top and let melt. Remove from heat. Mix with rest of ingredients. Form small balls, cook in soup for about 5 minutes.

Possible to serve with egg noodles.

1 cauliflower
1 chicken bouillon
60 g flour
50 g butter
cup of milk
salt
dash of nutmeg
parsley
1 egg
1,4 l water

Clean cauliflower, boil in water with bouillon. In a pan melt butter, mix in flour and let lightly brown. Remove cauliflower from water. Thicken the stock with browned flour, boil 20 min. Add nutmeg and cut cauliflower. Add milk, bring to boil and remove from heat. Mix in beaten egg, salt and chopped parsley.

1 l buttermilk
4 smaller potatoes
1 egg
bit of flour
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of fresh dill
Spices – caraway seed, bay leaf, allspice, whole peppercorn, salt
piece of butter
vinegar

Cut peeled potatoes into small cubes. Boil in water together with all the spices.
Meanwhile mix the flour with bit of buttermilk, egg, chopped dill and mix. Slowly pour over the potatoes while stirring. Add the rest of buttermilk and pressed garlic. Keep stirring until soup starts to boil.
Remove from heat, add piece of butter. Salt to taste, possibly add vinegar if you’d like.

marjoram
2 bay leaves
chicken stock
3 tbs sour cream
100 ml Half & half
salt, pepper
croutons

Sauté chopped onions with butter until golden. Add sliced carrot, cubed potatoes. Add chicken stock, spices, pressed garlic. Cook until potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves, puree, then add half & half mixed with sour cream. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve with croutons.
