Instructions
- Cut the potatoes and zucchini into wheels and season. Place them (alternate zucchini/potatoes) in rows on an oil greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven. When the potatoes are semi-soft, pour in a mixture of heavy cream and sour cream and bake until potatoes are done.
