Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Grill chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper slowly from both sides until done.
  2. Remove the meat. Add cream, chicken stock, seasoning, garlic, parmesan. Mix and cook for few minutes. Add tomatoes, spinach and return meat into the pan, cook for a minute.
  3. Serve over wide pasta noodles.

FISH BAKED WITH BROCCOLI AND CREAMY SAUCE
Instructions
  1. Slice the potatoes.
  2. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Separate the broccoli florets and steam them by flushing them with boiling water.
Sauce:
  1. Melt the butter, dust with flower and sear.
  2. Pour in milk and mix well, making smooth cream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cheese and broccoli.
  4. Grease baking dish.
  5. Put layer of potatoes, then fish, top with another potatoes layer and pour sauce over everything.
  6. Bake 30-45 min at 190 C.

For sauce:
BAKED SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH SPINACH SAUCE
Instructions
  1. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds, season and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake with the cut side down for 30-45 min until tender.
  3. Chop onion, sautee in a pan.
  4. Add cubed chicken, season and grill from all sides.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, stock.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15 min.
  7. Add spinach and cook 5 more min.
  8. Using fork, scrape the inside of the squash, put on plate, pour sauce over and top with cheese.

  3. Add bit of warm water, bouillon cube and sliced mushrooms.
  4. Simmer until tender.
  5. Mix corn starch in bit of cold water and thicken sauce with it.
  6. Serve with rice or potatoes.

  1. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut red potatoes into quarters, add cherry tomatoes, season, drizzle with olive oil and bake 25 min at 175 C.
  3. Mix the marinade ingredience, coat meat.
  4. Add green beans and layer over potatoes, drizzle with leftover marinade and bake additional 35 min until the meat is tender.

600 g filo dough
300 g ground meat
2 onions
1 1/2 cup of rice
1 cup frozen peas
2 tbs pine nuts (or almonds)
seasoning : vegeta, old fashioned Czech spices, caraway seed, curry
1 egg for brushing
Boil rice with curry, vegeta and peas. Sautee onion, add ground meat, season and cook until done. Mix in the rice
and roasted pine nuts. Let cool. Divide into 12 equal portions.
Roll out the filo dough and cut into 12 pcs (cca 15 x 15 cm). Wrap portion of meat/rice mixture in each using a small floured bowl
as a holder. Transfer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg. Bake 15-20 min at 180 C.
It is possible to add cheese into the mixture if you desire.

PUMPKIN TURKEY SAUCE
PUMPKIN TURKEY SAUCE

500 g turkey breast (season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
600 g pumpkin (cleaned, cubed)
2 potatoes
1 leek
2 large carrots
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 parsley root
2 tbs Ghee
1 can roman peas
stock
1 cup tomato sauce
3-4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
seasoning – salt, pepper, basil, marjoram, caraway seed
On Ghee sear seasoned cubed meat from all sides, add chopped onion and sliced leek. After a while add cubed potatoes,
celery, carrot, parsley. Pour in stock and simmer till almost done. Add tomato sauce, pumpkin, drained peas.
Season with herbs, garlic and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Serve with rice or bread.

Quick arabic dish
400 g ground beef
1 onion
1 tbs olive oil
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 tomatoes
1 tbs ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
bunch of fresh cilantro
seasoning – 1 tsp vegeta, 1 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 tsp sweet red paprika, pepper
Heat up oil, sautee onion, add meat and seasoning. Sear, stirring constantly, about 5 min. Drain canned tomatoes, chop fresh
tomatoes, add and simmer 15 min. Finish with garlic, ketchup, salt to taste. Chop cilantro and add for the last 30 sec,
mix in.
Serve with rice.

500 g beef
500 g onion
oil
ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
2-3 jalapeno peppers
2-3 cloves of garlic
sweet red paprika, salt, pepper
Sautee chopped onion in pot until golden. Add cubed meat, season, add very little bit of water and simmer until done.
At the end add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, pressed garlic and for the last 5 min jalapenos.
Serve with fries or american potatoes.
