Baked spaghetti squash with ground turkey and vegetables
Instructions
  1. Cut the washed spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Place the squash on a baking sheet with the cut part down and bake in a preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until soft.
  2. n a large pan, sauté finely chopped onion, add the ground turkey and season with spices (salt, pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, oregano, chili, garlic) and stir for about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, dilute tomato paste with water and add it to the pan. Mix in finely chopped green onion and stew under the lid for about 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare your vegetables: Cut up 1 tomato, 1 orange bell pepper, a smaller bunch of coriander, a smaller bunch of parsley and 2 stalks of green onion. Salt to taste. Mix in lemon juice from a lemon.
  4. Take the baked squash out of the oven. You can serve the dish either in the squash or get the flesh on the plate, place the meat on top, add vegetables, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  2. Place the washed turkey breasts in a baking dish and butter them on both sides.
  3. Add salt and pepper, garlic and the herbs.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 45-50 minutes, occasionally covering the breasts in gravy that forms in the baking dish.
  5. At the end, take out the foil and bake until the breasts are golden brown.

  4. Serve on a plate with sunny side up egg, roasted sausage or bacon.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  1. Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Grill chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper slowly from both sides until done.

  2. Remove the meat. Add cream, chicken stock, seasoning, garlic, parmesan. Mix and cook for few minutes. Add tomatoes, spinach and return meat into the pan, cook for a minute.

  3. Serve over wide pasta noodles.

  1. Slice the potatoes.
  2. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Separate the broccoli florets and steam them by flushing them with boiling water.
Sauce:
  1. Melt the butter, dust with flower and sear.
  2. Pour in milk and mix well, making smooth cream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cheese and broccoli.
  4. Grease baking dish.
  5. Put layer of potatoes, then fish, top with another potatoes layer and pour sauce over everything.
  6. Bake 30-45 min at 190 C.

  4. Add cubed chicken, season and grill from all sides.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, stock.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15 min.
  7. Add spinach and cook 5 more min.
  8. Using fork, scrape the inside of the squash, put on plate, pour sauce over and top with cheese.
