EASTER BUNNIES AND DUCKLINGS
(dough just le for marbled bunt cake)
4 eggs (whip the whites)
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
250 g flour
250 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
cocoa powder (about 20 g)
grinded lemon peel
Beat together yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add flour, oil, milk. Mix until smooth. Fold in whipped whites.
Divide the dough in half, color one half with cocoa and add the lemon peel in the other (make little more of the light one).
Pour into floured forms, first the light part then add the dark in the middle with a teaspoon.
Bake 20-25 min in oven preheat to 360 °F.
