Wash the zucchini and grate them on a coarse grater. Sauté chopped onion and the green onion in a large pan. After a while, add the chopped dried tomatoes, crushed garlic, and grated zucchini (minus the zucchini juice). Roast for about 10 minutes. At the end, add soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, season with salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
Spread the mixture on toasts. (You can put some garlic on the toasts before this step/optional). Sprinkle the toast with grated cheese.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, sour cream, mustard and grated cheese. Add chopped eggs and grated radishes (save some for garnish), salt, pepper.
Spread the mixture on slices of bread or rolls and garnish with fresh herbs and grated radishes.
Place in a blender drained cashew nuts, tahini, fresh ginger and garlic. Mix. Add grated carrot, salt, lemon juice to taste and whatever fresh herbs you might have and like. Serve on toast or crackers.

Mix finely chopped scallions and ham with cream cheese. Cut the pepper tops (or tomatoes), remove the seeds and fill with the cream cheese filling. Put in the fridge for a few hours. Slice the peppers before serving.
